These are automatically set to the last 7 days for which there is data on the website. Set these in the format dd/mm/yyyy. We keep a minimum of three months' data on the site at all times. New data is added at least once a week.
Narrow your search down to calls from one particular telephone number.
Exclude calls below any threshold you choose, in pounds. Enter 10p as 0.10, £1.50 as 1.50, etc.
Search for calls to a specific number, or part of a number. For example, entering '07' will return all calls to mobiles, '09' will return premium rate calls, and '020' will return all calls to London. For international calls, use '00'.
Only show calls to a particular destination.
Choose the order of your search results. For example, to show the most expensive calls first, click 'cost' and change the order to 'Descending'.
If you require a summary rather than a full listing of telephone calls, you need only enter Start and End dates. All other search criteria are ignored.
The 'download data' option allows you to view and manipulate your search results on your own computer. You'll need a spreadsheet package like Microsoft Excel or Works. When you first open the file, some columns may appear corrupted. For example, the date may appear as #######. You will probably need to widen these columns to see the data properly.
